Douglas and Terry's Clique No. 9

Apart from Douglas and Terry, the people listed on the left below are all descended from Rosa Ann Hudson 1843 and her husband Christopher Layton 1821: see the PDF file clique9.pdf (opens in a new tab). These people were both born in England but were baptized into the Church of the Latter Day Saints and had their children in Davis County, Utah. Christopher had ten wives and nearly sixty children. As far as I know, Terry and I are not DNA matches with anyone descended from his other wives, which suggests that we are biologically related to Rosa but not to Christopher. However, I cannot find the connection.

The people on the right below are AncestryDNA matches with some of the others, as shown. (There may be other matches that I am not aware of. The superscripts D,T denote "matches Douglas" and "matches Terry", respectively. The people in italic are only distant matches, <20cM.)
